Getting Started

Prerequisites

  1. ARQERA account — Free or paid
  2. Stripe account — For payouts (we use Stripe Connect Express)
  3. An agent to sell — Workflow, automation, or AI capability

Step 1: Connect Stripe

  1. Go to Settings → Seller Settings
  2. Click Connect Stripe Account
  3. Complete Stripe onboarding (5 minutes)
  4. Once connected, you can receive payouts

Step 2: Create Your Agent

Building your agent:

  1. Go to Agents → Create
  2. Define triggers, actions, and logic
  3. Test thoroughly
  4. Document what it does

Step 3: Prepare for Publishing

Before submitting, ensure:

  • Clear name — What does it do?
  • Description — 2-3 sentences explaining the value
  • Icon — 256x256 PNG, clean design
  • Category — Finance, Sales, HR, Legal, Developer, etc.
  • Screenshots — Show it working (3-5 images)
  • Documentation — How to set up and use
  • Pricing — Free, one-time, or monthly
  • Support contact — Email or Discord for user questions

Step 4: Submit for Review

  1. Go to Agents → Your Agent → Publish
  2. Fill in the listing details
  3. Accept the Seller Agreement
  4. Submit for review

Review process:

  • Takes 1-3 business days
  • We check for quality, security, and policy compliance
  • You'll receive feedback or approval by email

Step 5: Launch

Once approved:

  • Your agent appears in the Marketplace
  • Users can discover, install, and purchase
  • You track sales in Settings → Seller Dashboard

Suggested range: $19-199

Monthly Subscription

Suggested range: $5-49/month

Usage-Based

  • Scraping personal data without consent
  • Spam or deceptive automation
  • Malware or security exploits
  • Copycat agents (clones of existing products)

Quality Standards

  • Must work as described
  • Must have clear documentation
  • Must respond to support requests
  • Must follow platform policies

Violations result in listing removal and potential account suspension.

Track your business at Settings → Seller Dashboard:

Tax Information

You're responsible for taxes on your earnings. ARQERA provides:

  • Monthly revenue reports
  • Annual 1099 (US sellers) or equivalent
  • Downloadable invoices

Disputes

If a user requests a refund:

  1. You're notified immediately
  2. You can accept or contest (with evidence)
  3. ARQERA mediates if needed
  4. Final decision within 7 days

Refund rates above 5% may affect your account standing.

FAQ

How long until my agent is approved? 1-3 business days. Complex agents may take longer.

Can I offer discounts? Yes. Go to your agent settings to create promotional codes.

What if someone steals my agent? Report it. We take IP theft seriously and will remove copycats.

Can I see who bought my agent? You see aggregate data. Individual user data is not shared for privacy.

What happens if ARQERA shuts down? Your agents are yours. You can export them at any time.

Can I sell the same agent on other platforms? Yes, there's no exclusivity requirement.
